Some years ago I was working part time at an Italian restaurant.
A friend I worked with called me that She opened her own restaurant. I was so surprised and happy for her! So we just visited her place to have a lunch.
The interior is very nice, the base is black and white with some touch of red in it.
And the food... It was delicious! Ando chef does a great job! We ordered pasta lunches. One of them was Japanese style pasta with ginger
and the other one is Tomato sauce pasta with chicken and mushrooms.
We loved both of them. It was the first time for me to try a spaghetti with ginger and it matched so well! The tomato sauce was a bit piquant, it tasted fantastic!
This is more a place for a romantic dinner, so take once your partner to have a nice time together!

It's certainly a good place to dine for special occations.
I cook spaghetti sometimes, but I've never thought of adding ginger to it! I may try it, though. It looks delicious.
As for the comments, I had the same problem at first. So I added some Japanese letters.
I realise that Ashita-sanki doesn't accept any comment only written in alphabets because often those comments are vicious and non-sense. I saw those comments full of alphabets in other web-pages. They're really silly.

(Yes, my husband told me there are a lot of foreigner spams going automatically to blog comments so maybe this is the reason they ask for Japanese characters too.)

Ah, that's the word!
'Spam' (スパム) is the word I tried to explain.
I knew the word スパム, but I didn't know how to spell it in English.

和風パスタも、ピリとしたトマトソースのパスタも、
どちらも美味しそうですね。
本場イタリアも絶品でしたが、日本のパスタも美味しいですね。
ハンガリーでも、いろいろなパスタを楽しみましたが、
あの硬水が、パスタの麺を美味しくしているのかも?と思えるほど
ハンガリーでも、パスタはとても、美味しかったです。
実は、私、5年間のハンガリー生活を経て、
今は、日本に帰国しております。
ハンガリーを恋しく思いつつも、日々、頑張っています。
